Seeking a Cover Manager to lead cover arrangements at a client school. Must have strong organisational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of Cover Supervisors
Oversee coordination of cover for staff absences
Communicate effectively with staff and resolve issues
Manage time-sensitive cover arrangements
Support high standards of teaching and learning

Qualifications

Proven experience in managing people
Effective communication and IT skills
Knowledge of the education sector
Previous school environment experience preferred
