Job Description

Join our client, a family-run property development company, as a Financial Controller. Take ownership of financial management, reporting, and strategic decision-making. Ideal for a qualified accountant with experience in SME environments.

Responsibilities

Manage financial management and reporting
Provide commercial insight
Develop financial forecasts and plans
Review investment levels
Manage company cash flow
Produce management accounts
Prepare year-end accounts
Lead professional development of Assistant Accountant

Qualifications

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities
Excellent relationship-building skills
Experience with Sage Accounting Software preferred
