Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of childcare professionals
Ensure the nursery operates smoothly and meets regulatory standards

Qualifications

Level 3 qualification in early years education
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
Prior experience in a senior leadership role in a nursery setting
GCSE or equivalent in Maths (or willingness to achieve within 2 years)
