Responsibilities

Create a service culture within the store team that puts the customer first
Support Store Manager with recruitment and team development
Drive store sales, profitability, and consistent KPI achievement
Implement store visual merchandising and maximize sales opportunities
Manage store operations such as stock management and health & safety

Qualifications

Prior experience leading a team in a retail environment
