Job Description

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Responsible Individual to lead a brand-new children's residential home in Coventry. Join a passionate provider dedicated to supporting children with SEMH needs.

Responsibilities

Act as the named RI with Ofsted for full compliance
Oversee operational matters and support the Registered Manager
Lead safeguarding oversight and governance audits
Drive strategic development and service improvement planning
Embed therapeutic, trauma-informed practice in care delivery

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Responsible Individual in a children's home
Leadership background in EBD/SEMH residential settings
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
Deep knowledge of Ofsted SCCIF and therapeutic frameworks
Positive, proactive, emotionally intelligent leadership approach
Enhanced DBS and UK driving licence
