Job Description

Join our team as an Assistant Manager at Pochin, a Midlands based plumbers' merchant with 32 trade branches and 9 bathroom showrooms. Assist trade customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Assist trade customers with purchases and enquiries
Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships
Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Inform customers of sales/promotions
Liaise with suppliers for support and technical queries

Qualifications

Full UK driving licence
IT skills / computer literate
Previous Plumbing and Heating sales counter experience / knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisation and time management skills
Motivated and committed individual with knowledge of the trade industry
