Job Description

Assist Resourcing is looking for a Sales Administrator in Leigh to work with a leading manufacturer of Colour & Additive Masterbatch. Immediate start available.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administrative needs of the Sales, Laboratory, and Production teams.
  • Process and control sales orders for clients.
  • Maintain and update company in-house databases and systems.
  • Liaising with customers & sales manager on prices, order requirements, and queries.
  • Dealing with and responding to emails.
  • Assist with maintaining stock levels & monitoring accounts.
  • Invoicing and dealing with queries.
  • Inputting and managing data in Excel spreadsheets.
  • General office duties.
  • Booking & managing export shipments to European customers.

Qualifications

  • At least 12 months of previous experience in Administration in an office environment.
  • Good computer literacy including basic Excel knowledge.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Positive, pro-active, and flexible approach.
