Meridian Business Support is seeking a CNC Setter/Operator to join a leading global engineering company in Cheltenham. The role involves setting and operating CNC lathes or mills to produce high-quality precision parts.

Responsibilities

Set and operate CNC lathes or Mills to manufacture precision components
Inspect and verify part quality using accurate measuring tools
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to set production rates
Perform basic maintenance and front-line operator asset care
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

1 years' experience as a CNC Setter/Operator
Confident using measuring equipment
Experience with first-off inspection and batch checking
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience working with various materials
