Responsibilities

  • Accountability for end-to-end network & connectivity experience
  • Define strategy and own delivery across business units
  • Manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively
  • Analyze performance and report findings
  • Drive ongoing improvement roadmap
  • Manage supplier performance
  • Support response to operational risks and issues
  • Own customer journeys and experience
