Job Description

Elan Nursery in Haywards Heath is seeking a Room Leader to join our team and provide professional leadership to our staff members while maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

Responsibilities

Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
Deploy staff appropriately to ensure required standards are maintained
Ensure effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures
Provide professional feedback to parents/carers
Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
Develop positive working relationships with staff and parents

Qualifications

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
Experience in a similar role
Knowledge of EYFS
Excellent communication and organizational skills
