Job Description

Passionate Head Chef needed for a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant and bar at the iconic St Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London.

Responsibilities

  • Design menus and ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish for all dishes
  • Monitor kitchen equipment and back of house operations for efficiency and compliance with health and safety guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven leadership abilities
