Responsibilities

Manage and lead an inside sales team of 10

Coach and mentor sales professionals from graduate level to BDM

Handle day-to-day operations in a high-performance environment

Develop closing techniques and objection handling strategies

Qualifications

Experience managing internal sales teams in outbound call center environments

Proficient in data analysis and CRM reporting

Strong leadership skills with excellent communication
